Huge BUG on Katerina
There's a huge BUG on katarina, when game over 20 mins, sometimes you can't use your q, r, and b. It bothers me for several months, hope RIOT can fix this!

Yes, iv had this bug.. It happens when i get to many resets.. I have to DIE for the skills to actually reset. Its always random on which skills wont work.. Cost me a few games for sure... killing yourself at 50 minutes to a jungle camp means you are not playing for 45+ seconds.
If you can try to get a video of yourself with the bug so that Riot can get a more in-depth picture of what they think they can do
This has happened to me so many times I lost count! It's really annoying considering you have to leave the game in order to use your abilities once more.
I had this problem today. I could not q or r after like 30 min or something. Lost game because of it. Though for me when I reconnected it still did not work.
