The Honor Flag does not show, despite i was honor by non-premade

The title says it all...The Honor Flag does not show, despite i was honored by a non-premade..and this happened not only to me! I know the rule for honors and before, when i was honored, it showed the flag..but now it doesn't...And i dont have honor capsule for leveling honor,despite i saw "You have reach checkpoint honor.." sign... Help? :)
