[Gameplay] Evelynn's Q doesn't target correctly

Eve's Q is supposed to target the target she is attacking but it doesn't. It seems to bug out sometimes and target the closest target instead. This is noticeable when doing red buff and you are attacking the large mob and the hate spikes are going to the small ones. It has also cost me kills when chasing someone that is running away because the spikes will suddenly stop targeting the fleeing champ and target a minion that is passing by even though the champion is in range.
