[GAMEPLAY] Xin Zhao's Passive Ability Does Not Stack Up At A Certain Circumstance

On Xin Zhao, the combo, autoattack + W + autoattack, should proc 4 passive ability stacks. However, when Xin Zhao's attack speed is high enough, the above combo procs only 3 stacks. The circumstance where the above combo correctly procs 4 stacks is when Xin's attack speed is slow.

1. Summon a puppet
2. With Zhao's level at 1, give the command, auttoack and W. The last autoattack should done automatically after W, not a separte command
3. Observe that it correctly procs 4 stacks.
4. Buy items with attack speed to make Xin's AS high and try the combo again. You'll observe that it only procs 3 stacks.

I've left a link to the video I recorded. From 0:00 to 0:35, you'll see each cycle of combo[autoattack + W + autoattack] proc 4 stacks. From 0:36 to end, you'll see that with high attack speed, each cycle of the combo proc 3 stacks.
