[ENDGAME LOBBY]Lucian too cool for school

Twice after playing Lucian, instead of getting champion experience showing up along with the on-hover grade, I get a spinning indicator in the post game lobby.

Repeatability steps:

1. Play as lucian
2. win (didn't lose so don't know if only on victory...not that I ever lose)
3. wait for postgame lobby
4. ???
5. PROFIT

Not 100% sure wether or not I was properly assigned experience either, but I don't think I was (stayed at halfwayish through level 3 after 2 games, I think that's where I was before the games tonight)
