The client won't start and the install program as well

Like i wrote in the title i can't start any of this programs almost 10 h tried to repair in any way possible i know even the pbe stopped working for me. I don't know what i can do because riot games in euw don't respond any of the posts and i think if they can't fix my problem maybe i'll leave the game. My guess, its something gone wrong with clash in euw and somehow it screwed up something but i don't understand what it could be and i've been reading posts relative to the clash but i'm the only one who is getting this problem.[zombie-brand-mindblown]
