[CRASH] Lesgue of Legends With Duet Display.

Duet Display allows you to use your iPad as a second monitor for your computer.

Problem is with duet display running and league of legends. League will crash all the time at champ loading screens I can't get into any game whether it's custom training AI match etc...

If I close and uninstall Duet Display League of legends will work just fine.

There seems to be a bug when running these 2 programs at the same time. Issue will go away if this program is not installed.

I would love to use it as it helps with streaming.

Windows 10 MSI GE72VR Laptop Core i7 16GB RAM 128GB SSD 1TBHD GeForce GTX1060 3GB

All drivers are up too date and it's a clean install of windows 10.

I would suggest you send a support ticket, you will likely get a reply within a few hours (from personal experience). Then, you will be talking to a Riot support person that can help better and faster than going through via Boards.

Although, also from personal experience, you may be unable to get help either way because its a third party program and they may suggest you just have it uninstalled...... Ive had this issue because Curse Voice etc when downloaded on the computer can make League randomly minimize and i came to them and they said they were unable to give suggestions..... Possibly from lack of knowing, or because they are just not allowed to.... For getting rid of the random minimizing apart from having Curse Voice uninstalled.

Necroposting here.. but uh.. I just wanted to comment because I have this exact same issue. Unfortunately, it still exists and I believe it lies solely on Duet Display and not LoL, considering it also causes other games to crash on loading up. I believe it has something to do with how the app affects DirectX and the act of going into full screen mode is when the games crash. I contacted Duet Display's hard to find customer support and they said that it is a well known bug on their end and a top priority to fix. This was about 2 months ago and the issue wasn't fixed with their most recent patch a month ago. Considering this thread was posted 'about a year ago' I feel that this may be an issue for a while. Sad really, since I would love to use it as well without having to uninstall the app every time I want to game.
