FAILED MY PROMO SERIES TWICE NOW WITH ZERO LOSSES!!!!!!!!!

Hi, so a Riot rep said yesterday that they fixed this and I would be back in promos. But, I took it upon myself to get back into promos yesterday, regardless. I made it back into my series to get diamond 3 in 3v3, however, upon logging in today. I HAVE FAILED SERIES AGAIN! This is actually so annoying that I've gotten into promos TWO TIMES now and somehow I have failed them with LITERALLY ZERO LOSSES IN SERIES! I was even 1 win in my series last night after beating the rank 5 treeline player in THE WORLD before the lp reset and I wake up to diamond 4 90lp! I'm honestly kinda pissed right now and I think the only fair thing to do here is to just skip my series and give the rank I would literally already be if you guys didn't keep failing me in series for NO REASON! I linked my op.gg and refuse to play on it until something is done. Go check out how I have 3 wins a row but somehow still failed promos series and am sitting at 90Lp. If anyone else is experiencing something similar please speak out so that they feel obligated to fix their mistake.
