Advancement series game recorded as a loss

I won my most recent game of league for my 2nd advancement series. This would have made me 2-0 and advanced me to Silver 3 but the game is showing as a loss under the "leagues" tab and I did not advance to silver2. The game shows as a win in the match history, just did not register for my rank.
