NA Site randomly changed langues?

So...I went to log in to LoL and for some reason the homepage turned Japanese. Once I logged into my account, it seemed to revert. I don't know if this is Riot trolling or something with the website, but I thought I would screen proof this happening. I'm using Chrome Version 75.0.3770.100.
