No IP deducted on champion purchase

After viewing the lore of a champion, and unlocking champion while on the lore screen with IP, no IP is deducted from the account based on the top right interface. This allows for future champion purchases without sufficient IP.

I encountered this bug while purchasing thresh with the above mentioned process, and IP was not deducted from account. I am unsure if able to continuously purchase additional champions through this method.

Chances are, your account itself lost the IP but the number in the top didn't change. Happens all the time. Try and buy another champ and check in again.
