[CLIENT] Client not showing accept game button or and select champ

When in que the button to accept a match sometimes does not show (tis is in both the new client and the old one), when a match has been joined and i have selected a champion i sometimes get kicked from the match with the message that i did not lock my champion (which i never had the chance to) the same for banning a champion.

Step by step

[problem 1] new launcher 1 in 3 i get kicked, old launcher 1 in 5

1. join que
2. wait for join (accept) button
3. button does not show and you get kicked out of the que

[problem 2] occures allot 1/5 matches i can play the others i get kicked out from 1.join a game 2.select champion 3.wait till lockdown champion button 4.button does not appear and you get kicked out of the match
