Okay so in my most recent darius game lux hit me when i wasnt in her hit box or at least i dont think i was, look at the replay, the time for what i am talking about is about 3:45 or a couple seconds after that. I was just looking at the replay and it jumped right to me and it is really bs plus i was to the side of the snare.
What skin was she using some of the skins have smaller particle effects
Any part of a projectiles hitbox touching any part of a target's hit box counts as a "hit". And, for example Thresh's hook, you will see that "snap" to the target from it's original trajectory to complete the animation. League's hitboxes are also not model perfect and can give the wrong impression especially due to the angle of the camera.
Replays also cannot ever really be used to check if something was inaccurate because the various replay system are themselves buggy and inaccurate.
