Bug after reconnect.Cant use my abilities

Hello. I have a bug in this game after i reconnected.I played for and lost capability to use my abilities and my summoner spells( , ).Icons of abilities and summoner spells were dark and when i click on them i got message on display like "u cant use this ability now" but i dont have effects on my champ that could interrupt cast of spells.Also in that moment i have stable connection and nice ping. This bug appears almost in the end of the game when our team started fight near elder dragon till that moment i come back to fountain. Sadly i forgot how to make screenshots [zombie-brand-facepalm]
