QUEUE NOT POPPING UP -- NEED HELP PLEASE!!

After update , I will queue for a game and the timer will freeze like a pop up to accept or decline a game. BUT! The pop up does not appear. The timer will expire and it declares it like I declined the match up. The game now has penalized me and I cannot play at all.

Is anyone experiencing this as well ? Please assist !!! I reported a bug on it already.

Omg the same thing happened to me too just now. I've gone through over 5 rounds and every time it says I declined ready check when nothing popped up. I have a 12 minute dodge timer because of that and I have no idea what to do as well. Rito what the hell lmao.
