[CLIENT] Club Tag not appearing

We have five members in the club (excuse the club name), which is needed to make a tag, though when trying to make one we couldn't find the option, not sure if its just a bug or its because there is another process to create one. If someone could get back to me I'd appreciate it.

I've tried doing these things to resolve the problem: Restarting Client, Transferring ownership, and remaking the club entirely.
