[CLIENT] The New Client Does Not Properly Take the Foreground on Windows 10 When Opening

As shown in the gif, opening the client and then switching to something else and letting League open by itself causes an odd glitch. This is the second time I accidentally typed my password in the general chat of Discord. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open League
2. Before the window pops up, switch to another window.
3. Start typing when the login screen appears.
