Azir Q/W Bugged at Q's max range

soldiers are 's auto attacks/abilitys but when you summon one and the step away from it to the furthest you can still use Q to have it come into your range to make it auto attack again the soldier is unable to auto attack... this bug is very easy to replicate maybe it is intentional?
