Ultimate game crash- no loading screen after cham selection

So today I tried to play URF, but after cham selection, the screen blacked out, then loading screen didnt appear. And the screen shows right side of normal home page. The setting, social chat, and icon stuffs. Doesnt matter how many time I click the reconnect button, it wont do so. And I tried it with my other account, with practice tool mode, still the same thing, so my screen is stuck at the reconnect page with URF background. BTW, before I use my other account for practice tool, the matching history shows nothing at all at the first account. I cant play a game now. Network is fine. Anyone help?
