Bug with Zoe W in ARAM (gameplay)

I don't know much about Zoe but I played an ARAM and got Zoe and was having a good time but, every time I picked up a snowball if I missed the snowball it would put and 80 second cooldown on my W also if I hit the snowball it would give me the option to teleport to them for as long of a spell she would normally hold. Kind of annoying right? I don't know if this was supposed to happen or what. If you want to recreate it it was ARAM and Zoe, pick up a snowball and miss on purpose. then hit one of them and you can teleport to them until she drops the spell or they die.
