Since the 8.8 patch my gameplay is totally ruined

When i updated today to the new rekeased patch 8.8 the first game i played was just ruined and every other too. The audio breaks every few seconds and even screen freezes occasionally and a bunch of fos drops too. I have it locked at 80 fps and it never ever dropped till today where i had even 15 fps or so
