Vi glitching in ARAM?

So, I've experienced this multiple times in a row around two months ago, I think.. And it just happened to me again today. Whenever I get Vi in ARAM (this also happened to me once in a normal game), at some point during the game, my Vault Breaker (Q) won't work. Typically during the middle of the game when I have all points into it. The only known way I could find to fix it is to exit the game and reconnect. But when your team needs you to initiate fights and you leave the game, that's not exactly good. >.< Please fix?
