Cassiopeia GAMEPLAY Bug W IS INVISIBLE

Was playing a ranked game against a Cassiopeia and every time she would W it would be completely invisible once it hit the ground for the full duration and still poison properly. My friend I was duo'd with also said the poison was invisible for him too. It was super annoying.
