Rek'Sai tunnels becoming invulnerable and still active.

I just played a game against a Rek'Sai who had 2 tunnels in our base(one top side and one bot) which enemies could tp to and he could also ult too but we could not destroy them in any way. Anybody else having this issue?

I've seen the same issue in some of my games. All the tunnels I saw that did that were only half created though, they had an entrance but no exit. Were yours the same way?
