I just have a game against fiora where Fiora's Riposte slowed my attack speed???? Is it a bug because if you read Fiora's ability's she can't slow attack speed!Fiora

This is intended. If, while playing Fiora, you read the in-game tool tip, it says that it slows attacks speed as well as movement speed.
