Lux's Ability Lucent Singularity is Invisible

I could see my ability and I assume that my team could see my spell going off, however the entire other team could not see the spell only the animation, missing the hit area of the spell and the actually spell itself. Again it worked fine for my team, only the other team could not see it. Reported it after other team complained all game and wondered if this comes up for many other players.
