[Gameplay] Yasuo Windwall (W) not working after death

My friend played as Ezreal, and I played as Yasuo. He killed me right after I used my Windwall, and then all of his skillshots passed right through it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use Windwall as Yasuo.
2. Get killed.
3. Enemy champion shoot projectile at Windwall.
4. Obeserve glitch.

This happened once in a game with my friend as Thresh against an enemy Yasuo, and we tested it once in a custom game.
