[CLIENT] - Friends list folders reorder to general on top whenever tab is closed

On my friend's list whenever I minimize one of the custom folders I have the General Folder moves it's position for no reason.

This is extremely frustrating to continue to have to move folders and readjust where my Friend's Folders are positioned so I can see who's online. I have not been able to come up with a solve and it does not matter which folder I open or close, it changes General's position either way.

Please fix this!
