Keyboard Randomly Stops Working

Its unfortunate that League has not attempted to adress this issue even though you can see in this thread that people with the Lenova Y700 all have the same issue. I'm one of these very dissapointed users. I have played league for over five years and can no longer play ranked games because of the issues that exist with League of Legends. I have the same problem that all of the other users of the Y700 laptop have (and some more). It seems like since the new client rolled out my League of Legends experience has really declined. This is not a poor gaming computer yet champion select is buggy often which only started with the new client. Then I have this persistent issue that whenever I alt tab out of the game (which used to be often to look for builds, win rates, etc) my cursor changes size and becomes extremely small. I would have to switch to color blind mode to fix this problem and although it was annoying I dealt with it and just decided I cant afford to look these things up during game anymore. Was I angry? Sure. But I found a way to deal with it and continued playing. This newest issue is ridiculous and make playing League of Legends horrendous. My keyboard will randomly stop working during games, the only way to resolve this issue is by powering down my laptop and restarting it. This makes playing ranked impossible. I cannot run the risk of disconnecting from games, it used to happen every once and awhile, however recently it happens up to three times a game and usually at least once a game. This is forcing me to purchase a new laptop. Its disappointing because I don't have this issue with any other game. Obviously League of Legends couldn't care less about their community since they are ignoring the issue and deciding an entire group of players that have a laptop cannot enjoy playing their game anymore. Or even play it competitively. To say im disappointing would be an understatement. Lenova Y700 users deserve an explanation riot. Your lack of response and negligence surrounding the situation lead me to believe you don't care about these players. Or you simply don't plan on figuring out a solution. So which one is it riot? A transparent response to this issue would be really appreciated.
