Sightstone did not refresh when returning to base.

I was playing as a Poppy Support. I went back to the base a couple times with no issue. but after a couple B's, I could no longer ward with Sightstone. Eventually I sold Sightstone and bought another one and it worked fine. It cost me extra gold and probably plenty of vision advantage. Sorry, I don't know how to recreate the issue.
