I got disconnected as I unlocked a chest and never got to see my loot, let alone click the 'add loot'. When reconnecting I had neither loot or the chest/key. I'm sure that was never intended, does this happen to people who have paid for hextech?

Hopefully "add loot" is superfluous, that would be a terrible requirement to actually receive the shard
