Client Version Rejected 6.2.16_01_27_16_56 by server
No matter what I have done, restarting or forcing updates I can't get on league of legends. Stuck on login screen, saying version is rejected. Help me plz

What do you mean "forcing updates"? If you didn't mean force a repatch, that is the usual fix for this;
If you are experiencing this error when you try to log in, please perform the following steps to repatch your client;
Force a repatch following these steps;
- Go to your Riot Games folder (Default path: C:/Riot Games/League of Legends)
- Open the following directory:
- C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases{highest version number}
- Delete the following files:
- releasemanifest
- S_OK
- Open the Deploy folder
- Delete the following folders/files:
- lib (folder)
- META-INF (folder)
- mod (folder)
- lolclient.exe (file)
- lolclient.swf (file)
- locale.properties (file)
- Restart League of Legends
IF THAT DID NOT WORK, PLEASE TRY THE FOLLOWING:
- Delete the following folder:
- <C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_launcher
- Restart League of Legends
##If you're having an issue with the patching process, try to;
- Let the launcher run for up to 15 minutes
- Restart the launcher
- Powercycle (restart) your modem and/or router
- Make sure that lol.launcher.exe is listed as an exception in your firewall
- Temporarily disable firewall and anti-virus software.
- Turn off Peer to Peer Transfer in your launcher options
- Did you visit the Troubleshooting Connection Issues article in the knowledge base?
If it still won't patch, try using a VPN. I suggest Hotspotshield.

No matter what I have done
try reinstalling. If you've tried the other tricks, then this is your last resort. I've had to do it a couple times before, an upside is that a fresh install could kill any other problems you could have in the client as well as your current one.
