Right side friends list STILL gone, and NOTHING works

Same as everyone is saying, but it still hasn't been fixed for me, and not a single method works... Tried deleting the client and using the old login, and even went as far as uninstalling and re installing the game... Riot PLEASE fix this, its annoying and I am unable to play with my friends. If anyone here has another method to fix this, please tell me.
