Mouse wont scroll the screen

Hey everyone,

Only after the newest patch in the middle of my game my mouse wouldn't move the screen when I moved it to the boundaries of the screen. I tried messing with all the game and interface options in game but nothing worked.

If anyone knows how to fix this or help please let me know thanks.
