the new update wont work .

i have come on this morning to load up my league and try to do the update and play all day. but i opened it up and all that has happened is that the logo appears and the white loading bar i know this happens when there is a big patch but has stayed like that for 30 mins have rebooted my pc. also i have tried running it as administrator nothing works.

The OCE League of Legends servers are uploading extremely slow tonight. Normally I get a down rate of about 3MB/s when obtaining patches. Tonight, it is down to about 35kb/s. Checked a few places and it is just the lol patch server not working as it normally does.

There is a possibility it is being DOS attacked, but unlikely.
