[GAMEPLAY] Thunderlord's Decree Keystone - Ratios are reversed

The Thunderlord's Decree Keystone ratios aren't acting like they're supposed to. In the description of the keystone it says that the AD ratio should be 20 % of the bonus AD while the AP ratio should be 10% of your AP, but it seems it's the other way around .
