Poppy Jhin visual bug

When I play Jhin against a Poppy , it appears that there is a permanent visual indicator that Jhin can use his W to snare the Poppy. The actual snare works like it should (snare after the enemy has taken damage in a certain time span and the projectile hits; just do damage if they have not taken damage), but the visuals do not.
