New lol client update

With the new lol client update(beta) when i press lunch it shows just a dark blue screen... Can you help me please?! (sorry for bad english)

When I press "LAUNCH" nothing happens, game won't launch item 3070

When I'm in champion select, I can use the chat and see my team; however, for some reason I can't see any champions that I own or choose them (I end up dodging because I can't choose a champion). Let me know if it's just a personal issue. Please help!
