Unexpected error while displaying ready check

Tried to join queue on ranked, got into queue successfully. The match accept/decline screen came up to which i clicked accept then after like 5-10 seconds I'm no longer in queue and the join queue screen just after you select role pops up and a message in the right of the screen saying "Unexpected error while displaying ready check" appears. Tried like 3 times to join queue and same process happened and got banned for 5 mins. Also tried to get into aram and the same thing happened, not going to risk getting another ban though. Also tried with a different account and got kicked out of queue once again.
