lost lp cause client froze thanks rito? How do I climb when I either lag or rito legit loses me lp

same thing happened to me m8 maybe ranked went down?

lost lp now at -3 i hate this so much
It is happening to all drafts.Read forums.But I didn't lose LP thou maybe cause I didn't dodge first? :/
