[Gameplay] Base-If you buy an item and press undo, the health u gain disappears as well

On any champion I've played so far since noticing (10 in total) this bug reciprocates. When i am in base at the shop and press undo after buying a item, the item disappears but so does the health and mana I have gained while in the fountain.

Go to base after being low As you are healing up undo a item you have bought You will notice health and mana disappear as you undo the item. have tried this with many items and it reciprocates
