Honestly I'm more disappointed than mad. It has been here since the patch and the dumbfucks don't even know or acknowledge it.

Omg I know I just had this issue while in ranked Solo Q. What in the fuck, I normally don't get this mad. But holy shit this is screwing a lot of players over. Then it makes me re-scan files on the launcher which takes forever. So by the time I get into the game it's GG.
This happens almost every time I play ranked. Not every time, but whenever it does it makes me very wary of playing ANY ranked. However when it comes to normal matches/team-builder everything works fine. Obviously something is wrong here.
