Rads unknown error

So I tried yesterday to log into league and for some reason the client didn't want to open up. Whenever I tried to open it the error popped up saying "RADS error: An unknown error has occurred please check logs for more info." But when I checked my logs it didn't say anything was wrong. So my first reaction was uninstall and reinstall that should fix the problem, but when I went to uninstall it wouldn't let me uninstall it. What is happening to my league?
