Audio bug in newest client [GAMEPLAY]

Audio scratching/static while in game. Only occurs on external speakers, not headset. Before you blame my speakers, it occurs only on LoL, not any other type of game. Have tried clean boot and other games to isolate it being an issue with the LoL client, not my speakers or PC. Did clean install too.
