Windows 10 vs client

Hi,

I am currently having issue's with my client. When I start up the client it opens to the page where you click login fine but once I click that button a blank dark screen pops up where the page to type your credentials in is supposed to pop up. I tried opening as administrative and that didn't work. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I already sent in a ticket but after a day of waiting the guy told me I need to open it up as admin after I told him in the ticket that I tried that and then was kind enough to link me a link to where I could find the info. Thanks Lord whoever for suggesting something I already tried -_-

Google your laptop model (and year if necessary) and the word drivers. Ie, "Dell XPS 13 2014 drivers". Click on your manufacturer's website and download all of the Windows 10 drivers (particularly the ones related to graphics for this, but you should get all of them in general). Install, restart, try again.

Fixed it, thanks.... tried what you had suggested and still had the same problem. I right clicked the icon though and selected "open file location". When the location opened up there was a icon that said "lol.launcher.admin.exe", so I clicked on that icon and it worked. I ended up creating a short cut of that icon and putting it on my desktop.

Just so people who have this problem in the future when they switch to Windows 10
