veigar skin bug, its not gameplay/crash bug, so i guess it is client

i have noticed that when using some veigar skins his E wont look according to his skin, but rather to his default one, i have seen it happen with leprechaun veigar and final boss, but i cant tell if it also happens with the other skins. just use his e several times and it should appear. i cant reproduce it since i dont own those skins
