Unable to move on Champ until minion wave is clear !!!!!!

So far I've had this happen to me three times now and it's frustrating because there's no way of fixing it in game aside from leaving the game and reconnecting, which takes away from gameplay. I'm also not sure how it starts but I notice you first realize the bug happening when your champion is continuously attacking minion wave/ other champs and you are of course, UNABLE to click away out of danger. Though you can still use abilities and summoner skills, you're forced to keep attacking the minion wave and you can't click away at all. 90% of the time this happens, the other team kills me, and I can't do anything about it. An extension of this bug goes on to the User Interface. I found that I was unable to open shop with (P) , show team scoreboard with (Tab) and even leveling up my skill by clicking the upgrade DOES NOT WORK. In addition, when the surrender vote is up, clicking the button is also bugged and you're unable to click (Yes) or (No). I am still able to type in chat, and physically click the shop to open it, as well as use wards/ active items in my build, but as far as it goes, almost everything else does not work after you're affected with this bug. It occurs way too often, and I do hope Riot will fix this soon.

Has anyone had this happen to them before? It's quite annoying... Cheers.
