[CLIENT] Runes bug that will not let you change them in Champ Select

This bug makes the runes un changable, you can choose between your premade runes, but you can not make new ones in champ select. If you click on the edit rune page button, it just makes a black bar at the top, and it is like it's invisible, you can't click on anything before you exit the bar in the top. It is just like they are there, but are really not.

Step by Step:

1. Open up a rune page in champ select
2. Click on "Create New", just before it loads the screen where you can pick your Keystone, you exit it (I did it by accident)
3. the bar appears when you proceed to click on a rune page to edit, or want to make a new one.

I would probably hot fix it, it is counter productive to being able to edit your runes. (This can be crucial in some games.)
