Must fix cause so much damn life steal for adc tf and his stun is op, he killed me in like 5 seconds when i have over 3k health

A few things to note here:
1.) 5 seconds is actually a very long time in this game. It's really not that difficult for any ADC to kill someone in 5 seconds, especially if they're full build.
2.) I checked your match history and noticed that you did have a decent amount of HP, but you had literally ZERO armor items. Any ADC is going to deal a ton of damage to you and life steal a lot off of you when you don't build any armor.
3.) This is the "Report a Bug" forums. What you are reporting is not a bug, it's you complaining about getting rekt by something.

5 seconds? Im pretty sure any adc can deal 3k in 5 seconds.
