My Blue Essence counter is stuck!

My BE counter has been stuck at 622 since I started playing lol again about two weeks ago. After I receive BE from champion capsules or boxes, the counter returns to normal (about 5900 right now) but it still acts as if I had only 622 so I'm unable to buy anything. After I start a game or close the client, it returns to 622 BE. I have made a bug report already but it's still stuck and it's getting quite annoying. I have already tried initiating full repair in hopes of fixing it but that doesn't work.

Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?
